May 7 th @ 10:30 a.m. – Choosing Barabbas:  Reflections in the Weeks After Easter
Christian scriptures tell the story of a prisoner named Barrabas, who was imprisoned with
Jesus. There was a tradition of releasing a prisoner on the day before Passover, and when
the guards asked the crowd who they desired to release, they chose Barabbas. Join Diane
Wright as we explore this story and its implications for us today. Service leader: Patty

May 7 th @ Noon – Revising UUA Principles and Sources
Join a discussion of proposed changes to the UUA Seven Principles and Sources that will
inform Hopedale's General Assembly delegates, who vote on proposed changes in June,
about Hopedale perspectives. Curt Ellison will moderate, Libby Earle will present changes,
and comments and questions will be welcome.
